I've never seen this film. It's been on my list for a long time. It seems like something released from a time capsule - a young River Phoenix and Keanu Reeves. I'm going to see if the library has it. There's no way to get films other than Netflix now. Well...there are other ways, but just picking one up from the store isn't possible here unless it's in the Redbox at the grocery store.
